Promto offers subscription-based services, including a 7-day free trial for new users. If you’re not satisfied after the trial, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Promto dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused time within an active billing cycle.
Plans with minimum commitments (e.g., 3 or 6 months) may incur an early cancellation fee of 10–15% of the remaining contract value if cancelled early.
We may revise this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
