These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Promto website and services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Promto website or services.

2. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access or security breach

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform
• Share your login credentials with others without permission

4. Subscription, Billing & Free Trial

• We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. If not cancelled before it ends, your subscription will automatically begin.
• Plans are billed monthly, or in 3/6-month blocks depending on selection.
• Early termination of contract-based plans incurs a cancellation fee of 10% of remaining contract value.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
